Features
Features
l Rescues up to 35% or more of network bandwidth commonly wasted at the cell
site or when providing fractional T1 service
l Provides full, non-blocking DS0 cross-connect connectivity between the DS1
Controller card and any of the eight service card slots
l Supports up to 36 T1 ports
l Performs framing and coding conversion between T1 ports
l Features an integrated 1/0 digital cross-connect for service grooming and
provisioning
l Four DS1 ports built into the Controller terminate multiple network connections
and support drop-and-insert applications
l Software selectable DS1 or DSX interfaces
l Enables remote SNMP, or Telnet provisioning, performance monitoring, and
testing of services and network conditions
